Cookapade #2: Bakuteh!

tip#1: NEVER allow your knife to endanger your life.
tip #2: before starting, parboil the bak-kut to remove excess fats.
tip #3: if you're not for strong spices, 2-3 of each will do.
you never know when you might forget to switch on the rice cooker.
tip#5: no matter how good the smell, pls REFRAIN from opening the lid again and again lol.
must thank skinz mum for allowing us to use the kitchen. and thank god that i didnt set it on fire lol.
think i'm falling in love with cooking. i mean, i can picture myself buying all sorts of crockery and trying all sorts of recipes in future lol. actually used to have zero faith in trying..haha but now i shudder at the thought of getting married with only the knowledge of cooking instant noodles.
well..guess that's just the problem with us girls nowadays. unlike our grandmas and mums, we're so active in other things in life that the art of cooking has become seemingly unnecessary. and i don't mean baking desserts and pastries, i mean our normal, usual chinese cooking!
i dont know..but i believe that 能吃是福, and 好吃 is an even greater 福!
so girls, think about it. cooking is an ART! hehe and definitely an added bonus for us.
