title-less

i cant think of a title for today.
it's title-less btw not tit-less!! wahaha.

today was my first 4 hour shift! it was comforting to see half the room filled with familiar faces =]

i find it extremely exhilarating just waiting for the person to connect on the other line. haha and i strangely enjoy the feeling of putting on a headset with a microphone. maybe i should buy one of those lol. haha it was a day full of rejections tho .. but for $9 per hour, i'm really not complaining.

i'll be filling in as many shifts as possible. partly cos it's my final sem, i feel old and time is running out..

when i study, i want to fully concentrate on studying.
when i work, i want to be hard at work.
when i play, i want to play till i drop.

can i?

anyway we officially moved kim to her hostel yesterday. kor and i have been instigating her to do this since eons ago haha. all because we thought it's time for her to grow up and experience life on her own.

yeah so i was the one dying to see her gain independence, but i never realized how worried i am till when i met her this morning.

"do you have enough money?"
"did you buy this? do you lack this?"
"is there anywhere to hang your clothes?"
"is it cold at night?"
"is your roomie human?"

and she looked at me like i was mad. but was glad to know that it's a close knit hostel, like family haha, so she says. and i told her just make sure she doesn't convert religion anytime soon lol.

i'm excited for her tho..hostel is the time to havoc with friends, find out which gates you can climb, scheme ways to skip curfew, outwit the boarding mistress and panic when you don't have enough clean panties for the next day.

my lil sista will grow up i'm sure, but not too fast i hope =]
