alone~

alone~

spent the past two afternoons alone.

today after lunch with ruina at LPS, i roamed the streets of singapore - from raffles place to tanjong pagar, bought muffins, met weiqiang, then combed the entire united square @ novena, and explored the entire bugis street alone before meeting skinz. btw, novena is a good place to shop, but definitely not a good place to spend, and the bubble tea SUCKS! and bugis - i saw everything which i saw at city plaza, which i also saw online..helloooO im desperately trying to change my wardrobe here but the GSS is not helping lol.

and yesterday went tanning at jurong west alone! i think i was off my rockers or must have sucked in some leopard's gall (豹子胆) before that. but i didnt eat a single thing the entire day so that gave me hell lot of encouragement i guess lol.

ok but back to the point about being alone. actually...its quite fun! haha really, cos when you're alone, you realize how fun it is to do things that you don't usually do. 大哥, now i understand what you're up to everytime heh heh..

you know i used to be so afraid of doing things alone. i remember in secondary school how i would rather stay in my hostel room the whole day, just refusing to go out if i was going to go out alone. then in JC i was forced on several occasions to go out to buy pressies..then slowly tried going swimming alone..jogging alone. and now, ive come to realize that shopping/swimming/jogging/whatevering alone is actually quite enjoyable. nobody to tell you what to do, how you should spend, what time to go etc etc. basically you're your own boss. and being alone really gives me time for soul-searching, just wandering off in my own thoughts..discovering new things and sorting things out. that in itself is a joy too haha.

ok but too much of "alone" is not good too haha. so tmr is lunchie with mo and gym-ing with weay! looking forward to it =]
